Modern Comfort Close to the Theatre

The location is superb near the Ed Mirvisch theatre. The building felt secure as elevator access requires passing the front desk. After 11 PM front doors lock ensuring only guests enter. Staff exhibited a helpful disposition throughout my stay.

Breakfast was a menu and did not have loads of options I would have liked a continental buffet.

The front desk staff was very cute. I was assisted with a room upgrade upon arrival. The receptionists are accommodating and kind adding to the positive hotel experience.

The hotel is close to the subway station. This proved somewhat convenient.

breakfast service was unacceptable. i waited 20 minutes for a menu, but staff said they were too busy to serve me. this happened even though i was offered a table in the library, which ultimately left me with no breakfast before my flight.

The hotel location is excellent. It is close to massey hall. the suite offered a full kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator. there was also a dining area that could fit several people and a living room with a sofa.

i found the tv to be a bit of a letdown. it was not a smart tv, inconvenient.

The hotel's location was excellent. It was very close to the Eaton Centre. The staff was friendly. My room included a mini kitchen and a full table. The in-room laundry units were very convenient for a longer stay. It was top notch!
